One of the most asked question about Gorglar is, “But does it really work, I mean it seem to be so simple”.
Therefore we decided to interview a few of our clients. This newsletter is based on an interview we made with Christian Moe, one of the owners owner at Røa Bok og Leker (Røa Book & Toystore).
When you started to use Gorglar loyalty system, what effect did you see?
– It has worked very well, both the loyalty system, which means that we build a base of loyal customers, and the marketing possibility. We clearly see that a lot of people comes in every time we send out an extra good deal,” says Ole Christian.
Those who visit after a text sending out a campaign, are they just buying the offers?

Before Black Friday in 2014, we spent a lot of money on posters and advertisements in local newspapers. Then we sold for 56,000 in toys. The following year we sold for $ 157,000 only using Gorglar sms. That is, 180% increase! And that with a significantly smaller customer list than we have now.”
Do you have any advice for new users of the Gorglar system?
– It’s important that you work with the program, that you have good employees who introduce the concept for the customers and that you use it actively. Our experience is that 29 out of 30 we ask joins the program. In addition, many even come in and ask to join the program, as they have been recommended by others. So, this spread almost by itself.
