This document titled Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and defines the conditions of using the Business Media Group website (emarketingtime.com).

Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions.

By accessing emarketingtime.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy.

Business Media Group reserves the right to change the Terms, in accordance with the changes of legal regulations, or new supply elements.

A beneficiary (customer) of Business Media Group website has read and agreed with the following terms:


General regulations

These Terms are an integral part of Business Media Group, and as such, they represent a contract between Business Media Group Sp z o.o., address Ul. Powst. Wlkp 42 62-300 Września (Hereinafter: hereafter “emarketingtime”), registered in Poland and Poznań Wielkopolska under no: 0000322693 VAT Number: 7891719942, email: info@emarketingtime.com and each individual member. This contract establishes rights and obligations concerning the use of emarketingtime website.


GDPR compliance statement

Emarketingtime respects and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

We explain what you’re consenting to clearly and without ‘legalise’, and ask that you explicitly consent to contact from us.


Breach Notification

In the event of a breach we will notify affected users within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach.


Right to Access

Users can request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, where and for what purpose. Further, we shall provide a copy of the personal data, free of charge, in an electronic format.


Right to be Forgotten

Once we have compared your (the subjects’) rights to “the public interest in the availability of the data”, we may delete your personal data where you have requested this.


Data Portability

We allow you to receive the personal data concerning you, which we will provide in a ‘commonly used and for a machine readable format’, and you have the right to transmit that data to another ‘controller’.


Privacy by Design

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, in an effective way, in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation and protect the rights of data subjects’. We hold and process only the data absolute necessary for the completion of our duties (data minimalization), as well as limiting the access to personal data to those needing to act out the processing.


Our service

Emarketingtime will carry out work and services only where an order has been made through emarketingtime.com. Emarketingtime will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An ‘order’ for website design and development thereof,  is deemed to be combined with an order form related package ordered (SEO form START/ SEO form BASIC/ SEO form PREMIUM/ SEO form ENTERPRISE).



The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of emarketingtime.

Emarketingtime: Primary conductor/site owner & employees, partner and affiliates.


SEO – summarized

Main purposes: 

  1. To provide Client with increased exposure in search engines, and
  2. To drive targeted online traffic to the site of Client’s wish.

Services include (but are not limited to):

  • Researching keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms (up to XX phrases).
  • Obtaining “back links” from other related websites and directories in order to generate link popularity and traffic (up to XX amount).
  • Editing and/or optimization of text for various html tags, meta data, page titles, and page text as necessary (up to XX pages).
  • Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, code, etc. for best SEO purposes.
  • Recommend, as required, additional web pages or content for the purpose of “catching” keyword/phrase searches.
  • Create traffic and ranking reports for client site and for any associated pages where rankings is visible in the major search engines.


Deliverables/ commitments

emarketingtime commits to provide following deliverables:

  1. Website Best Practice Audit: Includes (but it not limited to):
    • Review of issues related to website usability, website credibility, website accessibility, user engagement, legal issues and suggestions regarding how to fix them.
    • Recommendations for avoiding/fixing negative SEO issues (keyword stuffing, duplicate content, URL canonicalization, hidden text, hidden links, sneaky redirects, keyword cannibalization, etc.)
    • Recommendations regarding content development. What type of content and content categories can attract additional traffic and links and can help in improving conversions (goals).
    • Review of the Client’s site traffic – how visitors find your website and where they come from.


  1. Keyword Research Report

A list of keywords that may bring the highest volume of relevant traffic to the website along with their search volume. It also provides longer tail keyword suggestions which may not bring volumes of traffic but can potentially trigger a higher conversion rate.


  1. Website Optimisation

Advices how to fix identified issues, so that the website works for the Client’s business and is able to convert relevant traffic into sales or leads. Client may order Onsite optimization separately.


  1. On-page optimisation

We may modify the title tags, meta tags, content, HTML code and other on-page factors of Client’s website to make it more relevant to search engines (Google and Bing) for the targeted keywords. We aim to improve keyword positioning/placement to attract additional traffic to the site.


  1. Link Building

We acquire/request/write for and submit links from a vast array of websites to improve the search visibility of your website in the search engines.


  1. Link Acquisition/Viral Content Development

We may develop and promote content (press releases, articles, guest blog posts,) which help in getting additional traffic and links to your site.


  1. Social Media Optimisation

We may provide advice on social media optimisation and how you can integrate social activities within your website.


  1. SEO Reports

We continuously monitor the effectiveness of our SEO campaign via an automated online reporting system which is updated daily.


Term and Termination

The contract begins when the confirmation has been sent out by emarketingtime. In case of service will continue without interruption, payment from client is considered to be client’s wish to do so. The agreement extends to the time that payment is made for services unless otherwise agreed and cleared from the order confirmation.



Payment for services must be made in advance (3 months/ 6 months/ 12 month) payment terms are thirty (30) days net per month (eg. 3 months gives 3*30=90 days net).

emarketingtime is entitled to assign the invoice to another company. This even though the customer is not late with his payment. However, as no extra charge to be levied on such transferor and the invoiced amount will not be altered in addition to any collection fees.

In case of delayed payment a fee is placed on the invoice.

Objections to invoices shall be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the customer receiving the invoice.

Penalty interest payable under the Act, with 8.00% per month from the due date and until payment has been made.


Protection of rights

Emarketingtime will (in each and every case) provide full support to the protection of personality rights, rights to privacy, property and intellectual property, to all persons who hold these rights, or to those whose rights have been abused, by momentarily (after receiving a request supported by an explanation and adequate documents) removing the content so that it is no longer publicly accessible; upon request, delivering the data about the member whose entries are violating some of the stated, or any other rights. All this will be done in accordance with the Emarketingtime archiving policy, Europeean legislation and all current regulations.


Processing and protection of personal data

The Privacy Regulations are an integral part of these Terms.


Copyright protection and protection of other rights to intellectual property

Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to emarketingtime for inclusion on the website it question, are owned by the Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend emarketingtime and from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.


Assignment of Specific Rights

For the purposes of receiving professional SEO services, the Client agrees to provide the following:

  1. access to the website to make changes to the site for the purpose of on-page optimisation and analysis of content and structure.
  2. Permission to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g. your web designer, if necessary.
  3. A clientsite.tld email address for the purposes of requesting links (something like contact@clientsite.tld)
  4. Full access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
  5. Usage authorization of Client’s logos, trademarks, website images, content, etc., for use in creating articles and any other uses as deemed necessary for Search Engine Optimisation.
  6. If the Client’s site is to be considered short of textual content, Client will provide additional text content in electronic format for the purpose of creating additional and/ or richer web pages. If client wishes, emarketingtime to provide such content emarketingtime can do so at additional cost.


Non-Disclosure Agreement

At any time during or subsequent to the contract period, Client agrees to keep in strictest confidence and trust all of the emarketingtime confidential information to which the Client has access. Client will not use or disclose the emarketingtme confidential information without written consent from emarketingtime. Client agrees not to attack/criticize emarketingtime publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any time during contract period. In case of breach of NonDisclosure Agreement, Client agrees to pay emarketingtime a reasonable cost for damages that may have been caused.



Client acknowledges the following:

  1. All fees are non-refundable. All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
  2. emarketintime has no control over the policies and ranking algorithms of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Client’s website may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
  3. Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, on-going changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, emarketingtime does not guarantee No.1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
  4. emarketingtime assumes no liability for ranking, traffic, indexing issues related to penalties. Consequently, Client understands that ranking new websites is much more difficult than ranking old and established sites and he should not have unrealistic expectations about rankings, traffic and revenues.
  5. A new website may get a temporary boost in ranking for some targeted keywords for a few days before the website settles down to its real place. This is known as ‘new site boost effect’ and it is quite common. Consequently, the Client understands that a new site has not really got top rankings within a month and soon it will revert down to its actual position.
  6. Some search directories offer expedited listing services for a fee. If the Client wishes to engage in said expedited listing services (e.g., paid directories), the Client is responsible for all paid for inclusion or expedited service fees. emarketingtime can offer a list of expedited listing services upon request.
  7. Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. emarketingtime does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.
  8. Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO efforts. This happens because of on-going changes in the ranking algorithm. A website search engine ranking can fluctuate any day due to any changes made by the competitors.
  9. Additional Services not listed herein (such as managing pay-per click campaigns, copywriting, link baiting, etc.) can be provided for a fee of € 20/ h per hour or upon quotation.
  10. emarketingtime makes no guarantee/warranty of project timeline or added expenses (like charging additional fees, etc.) if:
    • Client fails to resolve any query on time.
    • Client makes delays in providing required access, documents, permissions, or any support for Search Engine Optimisation purpose.
    • Client fails to make necessary changes to the website as and when advised for carrying out the Search Engine Optimisation services.
    • There is a server outage for prolonged time on Client’s site.
    • SEO work is destroyed either wholly or in parts, either knowingly or unknowingly by any party without the prior consultation of emarketingtime. SEO work is considered to be destroyed either wholly or in parts if the following changes (but not limited to) are made to a website by any party other than emarketingtime or without first consulting emarketingtime:
      1. Changes in the file(s) or folder(s) name.
      2. Putting a file in a different folder or putting a folder in another folder or sub domain.
      3. Making changes in the head section of a document like changing the text in the title tag, removing certain HTML tags required for site authentication.
      4. Deleting a link, folder, file, web document or sub domain.
      5. Modifying text on a web document like changing the formatting of the text or repositioning the text.
      6. Removing analytics code from the web page which is used to track website traffic.
      7. Linking out to any website without prior consultation of the Sainfoinc Technology Pvt Ltd
      8. Adding a file, folder, web document, widget or any functionality.
      9. Renaming URLs of existing web documents.
      10. Taking down the website or part of the website.
      11. Renaming, re-locating, adding or removing any file, folder or sub domain on a web server including web documents, robots.txt, .htacess file, sitemap.xml, rss.xml, etc.
      12. Changes in the site architecture
      13. Changes in the anchor text
      14. Making any changes on an optimised web page
      15. Uploading a new website to the domain.
      16. Duplicating content either on the website or releasing it online through other websites.




The Client understands that SEO alone cannot be held responsible for client’s site’s success or failure. The Client understands that he needs to work as a partner with emarketingtime as to provide emarketingtime the necessary time and commitment and follow his advice/suggestions seriously and on time to make the SEO efforts and activities successful.

However, if emarketingtime fails to increase traffic to the site by 20% after four weeks (from startday), of services, emarketingtime will continue SEO services at no added cost to Client until such a percentage is met.

Client acknowledge the fact that emarketingtime is not responsible for the client overwriting SEO work. Thus, client will be charged an additional fee for re-constructing, re-optimising content/web pages.


Service ending/ cancellation

The services will end first when everything specified in the contract has been done. It can also end if there is a breach of contract and either party decides to cancel it. The contract can also be ended by mutual Agreement of the parties involved in contract or when it becomes impossible to carry out the obligations specified in the contract due to man-made calamities (such as, but not limited to, riots, acts of terrorism, war, etc.) or natural calamities (such as, but not limited to, flood, hurricane, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.). Contracts can be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the initial 30 days.


Complaints Procedure

Informal procedure

Anyone who experiences a problem or feel that service provided by emarketingtime does not live up to agreement shall raise the matter directly using our online contact form to do so, giving sufficient information to locate the material, and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint.

Emarketingtime will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.

Client agrees to NOT criticize emarketingtime during the service is conducted and 3 months after service (agreement in question), has been concluded.


Formal complaints procedure

The formal complaints procedure should only be used where the complainant feels that the nature of the complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, or where a satisfactory conclusion has not been reached after following the informal procedure.

A formal complaint should be made in writing to emarketingtime, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible.

An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.


Interim and final provisions

Emarketingtime. reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions any time by reserves the sole right to change these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy any time. You need to check periodically for any changes made in our Terms. Using this website after we make any alteration to the Terms & Conditions means you agree to accept the changes, we are not responsible whether or not you review them. Do not use this website if you choose not to accept and abide by these Terms & Conditions at any time.


All dealings that are not regulated by this Terms and Conditions, the current legal regulation of Poland is applied.

Existing regulations of the Poland are applied in case of all disagreements.
