This document titled Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and defines the conditions of using the Business Media Group website (emarketingtime.com).

Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions.

By accessing emarketingtime.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy.

Business Media Group reserves the right to change the Terms, in accordance with the changes of legal regulations, or new supply elements.

A beneficiary (customer) of Business Media Group website has read and agreed with the following terms:


General regulations

These Terms are an integral part of Business Media Group, and as such, they represent a contract between Business Media Group Sp z o.o., address Ul. Powst. Wlkp 42 62-300 Września (Hereinafter: hereafter “emarketingtime”), registered in Poland and Poznań Wielkopolska under no: 0000322693 VAT Number: 7891719942, email: info@emarketingtime.com and each individual member. This contract establishes rights and obligations concerning the use of emarketingtime website.


GDPR compliance statement

Emarketingtime respects and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

We explain what you’re consenting to clearly and without ‘legalese’, and ask that you explicitly consent to contact from us.


Breach Notification

In the event of a breach we will notify affected users within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach.


Right to Access

Users can request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, where and for what purpose. Further, we shall provide a copy of the personal data, free of charge, in an electronic format.


Right to be Forgotten

Once we have compared your (the subjects’) rights to “the public interest in the availability of the data”, we may delete your personal data where you have requested this.


Data Portability

We allow you to receive the personal data concerning you, which we will provide in a ‘commonly used and for a machine readable format’, and you have the right to transmit that data to another ‘controller’.


Privacy by Design

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, in an effective way, in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation and protect the rights of data subjects’. We hold and process only the data absolute necessary for the completion of our duties (data minimalization), as well as limiting the access to personal data to those needing to act out the processing.


Our service

Emarketingtime will carry out work and services only where an order has been made through emarketingtime.com. Emarketingtime will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An ‘order’ for Video marketing,  is deemed to be combined with a brief. For this brief client shall use form named Video marketing regardless package (Explainer video/ Commercial video/ Tutorial video) .



The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of emarketingtime.

Emarketingtime: Primary designer/site owner & employees, partner and affiliates.


Video marketing

Emarketingtime strive to provide an easy and convenient process for our Clients to communicate their requests and wishes related to our Services. In order to provide an exceptional product, while keeping costs down, we require that the Client provide approval for each phase of the process (described below). Prices are stipulated on website with fixed price for packages. And upon estimates and proposals provided to Prospects that are based on information and requests made by the Prospect and are subject to change based on the number and type of revisions requested.


Time to delivery

Time is important for us. In order for us to be able to plan our time, the client agrees to within 7 days after order, make available to emarketingtime all materials required to complete the site and within the set deadline. This does not apply when ordering based on quotation or when other has in written been agreed (email or chat transcript) .


  • After form has been filled and submitted, emarketingtime will be able to schedule the work and client will be informed about deadlines. To be able to meet the deadlines client has to send in required materials in time.
  • Emarketingtime will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Emarketingtime will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.


Once a video has been completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.


Standard delivery  – Time for delivery is approximately three (3) weeks from date of agreement of Services (“Start Date confirmed by emarketingtime in writing”). The standard delivery time may be affected by various factors out of our control, including, but not limited to, responsiveness of Client and number and scope of revisions requested by Client. Accordingly, while emarketingtime shall make every effort to provide timely and satisfactory completion of all Services, emarketingtime makes no representation or warranty respective to any deadline, unless specifically agreed to in writing as an “Express Delivery” (described below). All deadlines must be provided to emarketingtime prior to the Start Date. Emarketingtime shall not be liable for the oral representations of any of its agents, assigns, employees, contractors, representatives or similar individuals with respect to anticipated completion date.


Express Delivery – In certain circumstances, emarketingtime may provide Express Delivery of Content within a five- (5) to ten- (10) day deadline. Such Delivery is subject to written approval by emarketingtime and upon additional terms and conditions, including the limitation on number of revisions.


Any request for a completion deadline not provided to emarketingtime prior to the Start Date will be subject to emarketingtime approval based on emarketingtime staff availability and is subject to additional fees.



At each stage of the process from initial consultation to the delivery of Client’s project, Client approval is required before proceeding to the next step of the process. Client revisions requests relating to previously approved stages will be at the sole discretion of emarketingtime and may be denied and include delivery delays and additional fees.


 Creative Process

(i) Initial consultation, completion of the Creative Brief Questionnaire;

  • Client will approve the concept, illustration/animation style, characters, voice-over artist.

(ii) Script and Illustration/Animation Concepts;

  • Included: multiple revisions to script and minor revisions to concept and characters.
  • Additional charge: substantial modification of concept, or illustration/ animation style.

(iii) Illustration/Storyboard;

  • Included: no more than 2 rounds of revisions to characters, objects, colors or backgrounds.
  • Additional charge: revisions to illustration/animation style, character look or requests to change assigned artist.

(iv) Voice-Over Recording;

  • Included: 1 round of voice-over retakes due to mistakes of emarketingtime, mispronunciations, or poor sound quality.
  • Additional Charge: any requests for retakes unrelated to mistake of emarketingtime, mispronunciation or sound quality.

(v) Video Production;

  • Included: two rounds of revisions to animation timing, sound effects, music volume (if applicable).
  • Additional Charges: additional revisions to the above.
  • No modifications to illustrations are possible after video is produced.



Prices for any of Video marketing services or packages are subject to change without prior notice. Emarketingtime aim to regularly update all publicly available sources of price information via the Website to ensure  accurate information available when order. The description and price of any Service purchased hereunder will be confirmed in emarketingtime’s despatch note and/or invoice or at point of payment if purchased, also online.


Packages – pricing is set according to each package to be found on website www.emarketingtime.com (Explainer/ Commercial/ Tutorial). The delivery is based on the specific scope of work described by the Prospect, upon completion of the Creative Brief Questionnaire by Client and is a guarantee of price.


Quotes – Quotations provided to Prospects are based on the specific scope of work described by the Prospect, upon completion of the Creative Brief Questionnaire by Client and are not a guarantee of price.


Deviations from the original scope of services requested in the Creative Brief Questionnaire and summarized in the Invoice for Services are generally permitted but are at the sole discretion of emarketingtime. Significant deviations from the scope of services summarized in the Invoice for Services may, in the sole discretion of emarketingtime, require additional fees and may cause delivery delays. Pricing proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.

Pricing is subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of emarketingtime, however pricing changes shall not affect Services that have already been approved by Client.



Unless explicitly approved in writing by emarketingtime, all projects under $500.00 must be paid in full when Client places an order. Orders for projects above $500.00 require an initial deposit of 50% of the total project cost at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon Client approval at the Illustration/Storyboard stage.


Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.


If accounts are not settled or emarketingtime have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment, non payment can result in county court judgements (ccj’s) being added to the clients credit rating.


Following consistent non payment of an invoice our Solicitors will contact the client in question, with a view to taking the matter further and if need be to seek payment through legal procedures, and if necessary court summons.




Emarketingtime generally commences work on each project within 72-hours of Client’s order. Therefore, full refunds are made only when requested within 72-hours of payment (either full payment or deposit payment). Once work has commenced, no refunds will be provided. However, in certain limited circumstances, emarketingtime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide partial refunds. Administrative fees for work completed will be applied to any partial refund.


No refunds are provided for any purchases made longer than 6 months prior to the request.


Client shall account for emarketingtime in delivering video-production services with what is needed in a production, such as the following; Script writing, VO artist, Storyboard, Background music, Animation, Subtitles, all with full rights.


Emarketingtime cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.


Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of emarketingtime and where no charge is made by emarketingtime for such additions, emarketingtime accept no responsibility to ensure that such additions are free from error and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.


Intellectual Property Rights

Emarketingtime. is exclusively responsible for the contents it holds copyrights to. Each party is responsible for the content that represents their copyright work.


With respect to any content created as a result of communications with or requests from a Prospect or Services purchased by a Client and rendered by emarketingtime (“Content”) (as defined below) and provided for, emarketingtime shall retain the copyrights in such Content in perpetuity, regardless of possession of digital files, scripts, drawings, photographs, and/or any other format of reproduction, physical or otherwise. As used in this Agreement, Content means all work-product produced, created, modified, and/or compiled by emarketingtime, including but not limited to any photograph, video, drawing, and/or audio, in any format and/or method whatsoever. Neither Client nor Prospect shall reproduce Content in any manner without the express written permission of emarketingtime. Client recognizes and agrees that emarketingtime may reproduce, transmit, broadcast, distort, publish (including but not limited to publication on the internet or social media), sell, exhibit, or otherwise use Content created hereunder for any purpose in any manner, at any time, and in any format desired, including but not limited to commercial purposes.


Copyright protection and protection of other rights to intellectual property

Emarketingtime. is exclusively responsible for the contents it holds copyrights to. Each party is responsible for the content that represents their copyright work.


Complaints Procedure


Informal procedure

Anyone who experiences a problem with their web service provided by emarketingtime should raise the matter directly using our online contact form to do so, giving sufficient information to describe the matter.

Emarketingtime will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.


Formal complaints procedure

The formal complaints procedure should only be used where the complainant feels that the nature of the complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, or where a satisfactory conclusion has not been reached after following the informal procedure.

A formal complaint should be made in writing to emarketingtime, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible.


An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.


Interim and final provisions

Emarketingtime reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions any time by reserves the sole right to change these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy any time. You need to check periodically for any changes made in our Terms. Using this website after we make any alteration to the Terms & Conditions means you agree to accept the changes, we are not responsible whether or not you review them. Do not use this website if you choose not to accept and abide by these Terms & Conditions at any time.


All dealings that are not regulated by this Terms and Conditions, the current legal regulation of Poland is applied.

Existing regulations of the Poland are applied in case of all disagreements.
